I am so grateful. I am so thankful.

Published on

I am so grateful. I am so thankful.

This is my go to, feel good mantra on a daily basis.

Gratitude is one of the most powerful states of being to exist in. It has the power to change and transform our lives in a simple, yet profound way.

Besides being grateful for the obvious good things in my life, I also use gratitude as an instrument to raise my vibration, when my energies are low or when I am not particularly feeling my best.

Instead of focusing on the things that I perceive as not good or not flowing, in those moments, I give my attention fully to all the things that are.

I verbally say out loud how grateful and thankful I am for whatever comes to mind. I always ensure that whatever I express gratitude for, is done with intention and conviction.

My gratitude sessions usually go something like this...

I am so grateful and so thankful for my family
I am so grateful and so thankful for breath
I am so grateful and so thankful for all of my senses
I am so grateful and so thankful for health and strength
I am so grateful and so thankful for a place to live
I am so grateful and thankful for clothes

10/10 times, after a satisfying gratitude session, I am left feeling revived, nourished and with my energy flying high. It is my all natural energy booster.

Gratitude helps us to place our focus on the present moment, where most of our perceived problems, actually doesn't exist. As we all know, what we focus on expands. Therefore, if we focus on the goodness, the goodness will expand.

I challenge you today, to continuously remind yourself in each moment of all the goodness in your life and to be grateful and thankful for it all.

Happy Monday!
