There is a Certain Happiness in Being Silly and Ridiculous ~ Unknown

Published on

I consider myself to be a very silly, ridiculous person. I love to play, make faces, make funny noises and talk a whole heap of crap.

While I admit not many people know this about me because I am generally seen as a serious and quiet person, (told to me by countless people) my friends and family know just how silly I really am.

Being silly is a natural by-product of my state of joy and liberation. It is my reminder that nothing is ever that serious.

Besides expressing my happiness and lightness by being silly, it also helps to bring a smile to the faces of others. When you see someone being silly, you have no choice but to smile or laugh yourself, it is contagious.

Today, give yourself permission to be silly! It is the best kind of therapy.
