Want a different result? Change your thoughts and beliefs!

Each and every experience we face, is the sum result of our thoughts and beliefs. Our actions are merely reflections of them. 

If we find ourselves having the same undesirable experiences over and over again, it simply means that we are continuously applying the same thoughts and beliefs to the situation and  essentially making the same choices. 

One way to break free from this vicious cycle, is to become aware and conscious of what thoughts and beliefs you have regarding the repetitive situation. 

Once you are able to identify them, you can then choose to change them by replacing them with more serving thoughts and beliefs, which will then shape your choices and experiences. 

It is impossible to continue experiencing the same undesirable results, if the basis of your experience which are your thoughts and beliefs have truly changed.
