You are Weird

Published on

I am 100% aware that I am weird. I am also fully aware that my family and friends believe I am weird.

Accepting my weirdness has been an ongoing journey. There was a point in my life when I deliberately, withheld sharing too much about myself with others because I feared their judgments. I feared how I would have been perceived and received.

I now know that while I can never escape the judgments of others, I no longer live in that fear because I have accepted my weirdness.

I have completely accepted the fact that my way of thinking is different, my choices are different, my beliefs are different and the path I've chosen to walk is different .

I fully embrace and accept my weirdness. I walk proudly in it and live my weirdness freely.
